we thoroughly enjoyed the friendly location and the staff were warm. tidy room with coffee, balcony and flat screen tv with cable channels. the beach was nice. the restaurant was great.

I loved the best staff and the nice food. The staff did all they can for a special stay. Breathtaking view, a big balcony, nice bed, too. Fairly decent hotel, had a really GREAT service.

The hotel is great, the location is excellent, the staff at the venue are affable. Breakfast had lots of options, including bangers and eggs. There was Noodlebox Metral, max 5 mins walk to, loved their meals. Recommend it and will be back👌❤❤

Good sized room and the staff were great. Right by shopping centres and shops in Nanaimo. Noodlebox Metral, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. There was free parking.

Location was great. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Browns Socialhouse that was only 15 minutes' walk away...
